Capture the excitement of Batman Returns in three fun activity books: Solve baffling puzzles in the Batman Activity Book. Be a superhero in the Batman Journal. Create your own Batman movie in You write the script. Have you ever watches a really great movie and decided that you'd like to make your own movie? Well, here's your chance. This book will help you create your own Batman movie. The first part of the book explains how movies are made. A list of film terms helps you describe what goes on the big screen. Actual screenplay pages from Batman Returns show you what a real screen play looks like. Sample storyboards, which look like comic strips, help picture what the final movie looks like. A sequence of photos from the film shows how a written scene actually looks on film. You will see how one scene goes from screenplay to film. Beginning on page 14, you complete nine key scenes from Batman Returns by filling in the action between a series of pictures. To complete each scene, just write or draw the missing action described on the blank screenplay pages or storyboards. You can finish your film by writing, drawing, or both. The choice is yours. If you need more room to finish a scene, just continue on your own paper. Complete all nine scenes, and you will have created your own film. If you want to be a real adventurous, try adding the action from the movie that happens between each of the nine scenes to make your film even better. You could even try your own sequel to Batman Returns. Be creative and have fun! Who knows? Someday a movie you write may make it to the big screen!
