This newest edition of Bender's Immigration and Nationality Act Pamphlet contains the complete text of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) as amended through the end of the last Congressional session. It is amply footnoted with information regarding key amendments. It also includes a wide range of immigration-related statutory provisions that are not part of the INA itself. These are set forth in the form of numbered notes following sections of the INA, as well as in the Appendix in the form of free-standing U.S. Code sections of Title 8, United States Code Service (USCS).
