I believe that this book could be one of the finest assets in a person's home. There are many forms of healing, many forms of elimination, many building programs. Once we learn about it all, then there is a matter of sitting down and finding how we can grow out of our misery, out of our disease, and find a place in life whee we find good health, where we find contentment, where we find what relationship the mind has to the body and what relationship the body has to the mind. We cannot expect sweet thoughts on a sour stomach, but we have to recognize that the brain is the one that controls every activity in the body. To put it under control and to make the proper play at the proper time with the knowledge that we have is the thing that will keep us in good health.
