Product Overview
The Journaling Workbook was created to facilitate communication between you and your therapist. The calendar provides an opportunity to track feelings and moods. Whether you are new to therapy or continuing your journey, January is a good time to set goals for the year. Thereafter, additional shorter term objectives can be set each month. In addition, it can be fruitful to look back on previous accomplishments and pitfalls, while gaining insight through the daily tracking system. Throughout the month, therapeutic discoveries can be written in the section entitled Insights. Additional space is provided for journaling towards the end of the workbook.
