Additionally, the landscape manager faces every day challenges in directing and supervising employees, managing a budget of keeping a business afloat, and dealing with owners, managers, sales representatives, customers, and clients. The landscape professional must wade through the ever deepening mire of taxes, regulations, and government mandates. It is a very tough job. I greatly admire the people who do it well.
